Everything is modern here, had a perfectly pleasant stay except for the last night. Its rooms are good sized and well-appointed with a nice view.

Nice service, special atmosphere, and the staff was welcoming. The room was adequate and quiet with pleasant views, a living area, terrace, and a kitchenette. The pool was great and I had hot drinks in the downstairs bar.

The location is just perfect as the hotel is in the city centre. Hotel staff was friendly and extremely kind. Free WiFi is definitely a plus.

very good breakfast, excellent localization

The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the Basilica of Saint-Sernin and the Capitole de Toulouse, which made sightseeing a breeze. I appreciated the early check-in, as it allowed us to drop our bags and explore the area right away. The room was decent for two, although I wished for a larger shower. The breakfast buffet was definitely a highlight of our stay. Every bite was enjoyable!

While there, we needed help with 3 matters which we were unable to mnage on our own. The staff at reception assisted us amazingly well, and were so nice about it, that we felt very supported, and grateful. The rooms ( we were there with family) were excellent, and the hotel was very well located.

Perfect locaion in the very center of the city. Big public parking just under the hotel. Coffee/tea making facilities in the room. Hotel staff speaks english and spanish. Breakfasts are good enough. A/C. Free and fast WiFi. Possibility to order smoking room.

Check-in needs expediting to avoid long waits!!! WiFi access in common areas is inadequate, especially for a modern hotel!!! Pool size is misleading in promotional materials, disappoints compared to expectations!!!

Great location close to all sights of interest. Staff very friendly. Rooms clean. Great to have tea and coffee making facilties.

Perhaps a little expensive for what it had to offer, but this may reflect city prices. Hotel very nice nevertheless. Would recommend, but not cheap!

Really great stay, as always. Ideal hotel with freshly made food and amazing location so close to the main shopping street and the main square, and the center and metro station. Courteous staff, airy, bright rooms with view. Nice customer care, parking nearby. Late check-out.

an oasis in the heart of toulouse with fantastic cocktails

The hotel offers a beautiful rooftop pool that allows one to relax in a serene atmosphere after a long day of exploring. The cocktails at the bar are creatively made and perfect to enjoy during the warm evenings.

The staff were very helpful and courteous,, and the location is great.

It was nicely clean and comfortable.

The breakfast was too expensive. 16 Euros is a lot for a small meal.
